Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters Fundraiser (Hops in the Hanger) – Sign Up Only

Kansas Big Brothers and Big Sisters (KBBS) need responsible adults to manage 8 tables serving the food and beverage pairings that the guests will be sampling through the night.  Food and beverage preparation will be taken care of by the vendors.  They would like to put two volunteers to a table.  A volunteer will need to pour beverages and rinse glasses if requested in a “swil” bucket.  Food service concludes at 8:30 and at that time volunteers will be able sample food before returning to their post serving beverages for the remainder of the event.  There will be an opportunity to take some of this great food home at the end of the night!  Volunteers will also be allowed to bid on silent auction items.  An event T-Shirt will be provided if volunteer signup is timely, otherwise a black T-shirt and jeans will work for the event attire.  Guests of the event will be dressed in casual clothing.  The volunteers will need to be available from 6PM – 11PM.

This is a fun opportunity to meet local business people and help a wonderful community organization raise funds.  Registrations to help with this event close on Tuesday, February 28th at 11:30 PM.   Include your requested T-Shirt size in the dietary restrictions.
